Namtao (น้ำเต้าปูปลา / Nam Tao Poo Pla, and Hi-Lo / ไฮโล) is a
friendly, social dice game that uses non-cashable virtual “stars.” This page is
for help, questions, and bug reports.

Common questions
- Can I cash out my stars? No — stars are a non-cashable
virtual currency for play only. They have no real-world monetary value and
cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or anything of value.
- I ran out of stars. You can watch a short rewarded video,
claim your daily bonus, or buy a star pack — all from the “Get Stars” sheet
in the app.
- Are the other players real? Seats are honestly labelled —
a “BOT” tag always means a computer player. We never pass a bot off as a
real person.
- How do I delete my account and data? See our
account deletion page.
- Where's the privacy policy? See our
privacy policy.
Reporting a bug
Please include your in-game handle (Settings → Profile), what you were doing,
and — if you can — a screenshot. This helps us find and fix it faster.
