Namtao — Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Namtao (น้ำเต้าปูปลา / Nam Tao Poo Pla) account and the data associated with it. Namtao is published by Namtao. Play is anonymous by default, so we usually need a little information from you to find the right account.

How to request deletion

Email plueondee@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Namtao account.”

So we can locate your account, please include one of:

Your in-game handle — open the App, go to Settings → Profile, and copy the handle shown there (for example SwiftGourd528); or
The email you linked — if you added an email and password in Settings → Account, simply email us from that same address.

We may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting, to protect your account from someone else requesting its removal.

What is deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete the personal and gameplay data tied to your account, including:

This is permanent and cannot be undone. Because stars are non-cashable virtual items with no real-world monetary value, deleting your account forfeits any remaining star balance; it cannot be refunded, transferred, or cashed out.

What we may keep, and for how long

We may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to, or to prevent fraud and abuse — for example minimal transaction records — for the shortest period required by law, kept in a form that is not used to identify you for gameplay. Payment records held by Google Play or the Apple App Store are governed by their own policies; to remove those, contact the relevant store.
