Betta — Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Betta (Betta Fish: Breed & Battle) account and the data associated with it. Play is anonymous, so we need a little information to find the right account.

Delete it yourself, in the app

Open Betta, tap the gear (Settings) at the top right, then Delete my account and confirm. Your account and everything in it are deleted from our server straight away. This cannot be undone.

Or ask us by email

Email plueondee@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Betta account.”

So we can find your account, please include:

your player name (shown at the top left of the game), and
the name of your main fish and roughly when you started playing.

We may ask you to confirm a detail from the game before deleting, so no one else can remove your account.

What is deleted

Your account and player name.
All your fish, eggs, coins, pearls, items and tank decorations.
Your fight history, arena rating and season progress.
The usage records linked to your account.

Fish you released into the shared pond may stay in the pond, with your name removed. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Timeline

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
